Playing on your device

Shipper: Floor 99 is a single-player game that can be played offline without an account. This version does not include advertising, in-app purchases, user analytics or automatic error reports sent to the publisher.

Data the game saves

The game saves your highest floor, checkpoint, number of successful deliveries, selected outfit, total jumps in the current run, play time, best completion time, and sound and language preferences in the app's storage on your device. This data lets you continue a run, see your records and keep your preferences.

The game does not automatically send this data to the publisher's or partners' servers. The game does not request access to your contacts, location, camera or microphone.

Keeping and deleting data

The game does not separately encrypt saved data; the operating system manages the app's storage. Data is kept until you clear the app's data where supported, or delete the app and its data in your device settings. “Start from Floor 0” only starts a new delivery run; it does not erase all records.

Operating system backup or data transfer may retain or restore copies according to your device settings and operating system provider. The game does not provide its own account or cloud save service.

When you contact support

If you choose to email danhhuongvn@gmail.com, the publisher receives your email address and the content you send in order to respond to your request. Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request; you can ask for deletion using the same email address.

Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive data. Email is processed by the parties' email services under their providers' policies.

Accounts and other services

This version has no account registration, chat or user-uploaded content. Store and operating system services operate under their providers' own policies.

Policy changes

If data handling changes, the publisher will update this policy to reflect the new version.
